This position is designed as a support role and provides administrative support to our vendors and internal sales team.. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator that possesses strong organizational skills and likes to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Provides administrative support for our vendors and customers
• Maintains retailer databases, such as: item starts/maintenance, price changes & promotional offers
• Assists sales team in development of presentations
• Services existing accounts, through product inquiries and order management
• Resolves customer service inquiries
• Prepares for industry trade shows
• Attends industry trade shows 2-3 times per year

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong time management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work across teams independently
• Must have an attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
