This position is designed as a support role and provides administrative support to our vendors and internal sales team.. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator that possesses strong organizational skills and likes to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Provides administrative support for our vendors and customers
- Maintains retailer databases, such as: item starts/maintenance, price changes & promotional offers
- Assists sales team in development of presentations
- Services existing accounts, through product inquiries and order management
- Resolves customer service inquiries
- Prepares for industry trade shows
- Attends industry trade shows 2-3 times per year
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work across teams independently
- Must have an attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
