Job Description:
As a Dispatch Coordinator at Hexagon, you will ensure efficient scheduling and dispatching of calls, and emails and monitor Salesman activity with clients. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistical operations and ensuring timely project completions. Key Responsibilities:
The primary goal will be responsible for front-line interaction with customers, and sales.Be responsible for online inquiries and phone calls as well.
Responsibility for daily schedule and dispatch Daily communication with clients
Maintain clear and effective communication with field personnel.
Proactively resolve logistical challenges that may arise during projects to keep operations running smoothly.
Coordinating timely arrivals and efficient job completions.
Ensure exceptional customer service
Qualifications:Previous experience in dispatching and Customer success or Customer service is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using dispatching software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.Proficiency in working with computers and the ability to learn, navigate, and use designated software programs as required to perform job functions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
