In this role you will be responsible to collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate successful on-boarding of digital solutions and adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment.
Working directly with customer projects, providing technical leadership, the Digital Customer Success Specialist, act as the SME to ensure our local teams can work and deliver value to our customers.
Onboarding specialist, focus on new product introductions and new product releases, requiring a deep understanding of our products technology and functionality aswell as the value it provides.
Provide in-depth technical product support at the introduction of new products to our internal stakeholders to enable successful market launch and customer deployments.
Support project teams in key customer project from analyzing the use case to providing the best solution. Guide them through custom developments and deployments of application.
Working closely with our Product Management, R&D sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding solution to our customers and identifying new opportunities for product enhancements.
Your responsibilities
- Owns and drives the internal customer engagements by being the focal point between project team and R&D for the specific customer engaments.
- Provides digital solution technical support during technical meeting and product presentations,
- Support local project teams to determine most suitable digital solution to meet customer needs.
- Guide and support project team and act as the single point of contact between project team and R&D.
- Software Engineering expertise and Leadership
- Demonstrates deep understanding and technical expertise in all aspects of software engineering covering area of Software development / UX/ software quality engineering / software testing / cyber security / software release / support and maintenance / and project management.
- Strong ability to map the product roadmap and priorities to customer projects.
- Able to contribute ideas in their own area of expertise.
- portfolio by suggesting new features, functionality and variants.
- Sets the priorities in coordination with product managers based on customer needs.
- Provides consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal of improving productivity and efficiency.
- Customer Centricity & Stakeholder Management
- Ensures customer and stakeholder expectations are being met through continuous and proactive engagement
- Connects with engineering and design teams to collect feedback on the existing products. with a strong technical background, relate to the suggestions that these teams have and channel feedback to product managers and R&D
- Innovation and creativity
- Prioritizes the incorporation of new concepts, original ideas and methods while keeping the big picture in mind to promote innovation and creativity.
- As a creative thinker, identify, prioritize, and advocate for the largest opportunities
Your background
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in software product development targeting large and complex industrial applications –
- 5 + years of experience on system analysis, architecture, and design and experience with a variety of relevant Web Services technologies, including RESTFUL APIs (XML, JSON), SOAP APIs and Microservices
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies like C#, .Net, ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core
- Expertise in Web technologies, Azure, Nodered, Cumanda and Openshift
- Have good knowledge of Multi-Tier Architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile Methodologies
