Responsibilities:
- Our Customer Success Coordinator assists Operations in coordinating across multiple internal departments, handling client inquiries and needs.
- Understanding and assisting operations in daily workflow of inbound communications, including scheduling depos and client inquiries.
- Answers email and phone inquiries
- Coordinates billing inquiries with accounting
- Coordinates with Sales/Marketing on creating client-facing best practices docs for our users
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience working in Court Reporting operations
- RB9 (Reporter Base) experience
- Google Suite + Slack experience
