Position Overview:
Our growing company is seeking to hire a Customer Success Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Customer Success Managers in communicating and leading our ongoing projects and managing ongoing scheduling and ticket activity across clients. This task involves creating and scheduling tickets for various client activities such as: Melissa Data Updates, Security Patching, ISP notifications, Service Requests etc.
Your Impact:
- Determining project changes as they apply to the CSM Team work
- Undertaking project tasks as required as representation for CSM Team
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable in scheduling/conflicts/etc.
- Ensure customer views are managed towards the best solution in regards to timing/communication/etc
- Ensure Monthly /Quarterly tasks and reporting are scheduled and completed for customers
- Work with CSMs and Customers when needed to ensure scheduled work and project work is scheduled and completed on time
- Attend and participate in CSM and customer meetings
- Document and follow up on actions and takeaways from meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate resources and communication to customers
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years related experience
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
- Smartsheet experience a plus
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work across teams regardless of function or title
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work regular East Coast hours regardless of timezone
- Desire to grow in this role and a strong desire to be client facing with the goal of taking more ownership and responsibilities
