• Manages projects, implementations, and root cause scenarios as assigned to completion
• Creates and maintains timeline for all parties to ensure project timelines and sequence of events results in timely project execution
• Involves internal and external teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Manages the process with internal and external teams to ensure timely benchmarks and resolves issues
• Use independent judgement and decision making in execution of projects
• On Site Project Management for specific projects as needed
• Reports daily/weekly benchmarks to all parties on progress of situation
• Participate in special process improvement projects as SME as requested by Supervisor, Manager or Director.
