- ETF knowledge
- Measurement dashboard experience
- Positive, friendly attitude, and self-motivated
- Able to perform under pressure, calm and confident.
- Content publishing and content optimization experience in a CMS (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
- Campaign / project management of digital pages and assets
- Strong stakeholder management, firm but fair approach; organized and structured work ethic.
- Single point of contact for all business partners, for website / digital activity for NA field email requests, arrange meetings to understand requirements, meet stakeholders around the business.
- Host weekly meetings with Channel to develop, track and deliver optimized strategies for tier 1 & 2 campaigns.
- Consult with stakeholders to provide optimization recommendations for campaigns by using data-let approaches.
- Reference internal tools such as Tableau dashboards, Adobe Analytics, usability research, holistic and best practice studies to inform and instigate optimization.
- Partner with internal legal & compliance teams to understand US regulatory obligations, jurisdictional content and fund detail distribution.
- Identify business opportunities and conduct analysis for lead generation / page optimization projects.
- Arrange ad hoc meetings w/Digital functions, Brand and Design teams to stay up to date with new platform releases and enhancements.
- Knowledge & experience: AEM 6.5 publishing experience preferred, Workfront, digital project and campaign management.
