What you’ll be doing:
- Manages projects, implementations, and root cause scenarios as assigned to completion
- Creates and maintains timeline for all parties to ensure project timelines and sequence of events results in timely project execution
- Involves internal and external teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Manages the process with internal and external teams to ensure timely benchmarks and resolves issues
- Use independent judgement and decision making in execution of projects
- On Site Project Management for specific projects as needed
- Reports daily/weekly benchmarks to all parties on progress of situation
- Participate in special process improvement projects as SME as requested by Supervisor, Manager or Director.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- 4+ years business experience (project coordination or project management)
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- MS Office suite proficiency; advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.com
- Strong computer skills and experience working within an Enterprise Order Management System
