Customer Success And Projects Assistant

Our growing Southern California training and consultation business seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Success and Projects Assistant. About the Role:

This is a remote position with flexible work hours within the company's core business hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday. The role requires 5 hours of work daily, and you will have the autonomy to establish your schedule within this timeframe. We are committed to working with you to create a mutually beneficial schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, ensuring their continued satisfaction and providing prompt and professional support through phone, email, and mail.
• Guide existing and potential customers through the sales process and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
• Assist with project execution and administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the long-term care field is preferred.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Tagalog is a plus.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of electronic database management (CRM), learning management systems (LMS), and WordPress is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive starting rate of $18 per hour, with benefits package offered.
