• Pay starts at $12/hr, based on experience and with possible opportunities for bonuses!

The Position:

The Customer Experience Specialist will be primarily responsible for answering incoming calls and emails to help our current and prospective customers. Common requests/communication topics will include:

· Signing up students for swim lessons

· Scheduling absences/makeups

· Billing

· Scholarships

· Student progression

Expectations/Qualifications:

We provide paid training which will be a combination of online modules and mentorship to learn our system (JackRabbit) as well as learn about the British Swim School program so that you are prepared to help our families and students.

On your end we are looking for:

• A commitment to our mission of saving lives
• Interpersonal communication skills – you are excited to talk to our customers and help them with their swim lessons
• Organizational skills and attention to detail – your work will impact our lesson schedules on deck so it’s a vital part of helping students get the swim lessons they need.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
