Customer Specialist

Customer Support Specialist - Permanent Part-Time Remote. Training will be in Omaha.
We would prefer Nebraska and Iowa applicants, because of in-person training in Omaha.

Mama Bear Legal Forms provides online legal documents to protect families. We made it quick, easy, and inexpensive to create legal power of attorney and will documents. Since launching in 2018, we have been able to help thousands of happy customers nationwide.

Our team cares deeply about providing customers with a great experience on our easy-to-use website and through friendly and professional email and phone support.

We’re looking for someone eager to be the first point of contact for our customers and join the team. You will help you gain in-depth knowledge about our power of attorney and will products.

About You

You have experience delivering best-in-class consumer experiences. You are a strong, effective, and resolution-driven communicator who can empathize with customers, educate, investigate issues, and propose solutions. You are a clear communicator and writer who documents the progress of inbound support requests through customer experience platforms, like Freshdesk.

You Will

• Provide high-quality support for Mama Bear Legal Forms customers to resolve their issues via email and phone.
• Communicate thoughtfully to provide answers to questions surrounding Mama Bear Legal Forms products. Handle a user's issues directly and resolve escalated customer complaints
• Drive thoughtful and effective communication with both our customers and Mama Bear team.

Requirements

• A thoughtful communicator who is excellent at communicating through a variety of channels that require both written and verbal skills
• A sincere passion and obsession for customers while maintaining a lean, highly productive operation
• Passionate about creative problem solving for both our customers and team
• Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end-users
• A track record for creative problem-solving for customers and end-users
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, eager to learn
• This is a part-time hourly position with schedules including Monday - Friday from approximately 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The position does require a few extra hours per day the last two weeks of July & first three weeks of August. During those weeks the hours would be 5.5 hours per day on weekdays instead of 4 hours per day.

All interviews will be conducted remotely. All new employees will continue to work remotely for the foreseeable future.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour
