Customer Support Specialist - Permanent Part-Time Remote. Training will be in Omaha.
We would prefer Nebraska and Iowa applicants, because of in-person training in Omaha.

We’re looking for someone eager to be the first point of contact for our customers and join the team. You will help you gain in-depth knowledge about our power of attorney and will products.
About You
You have experience delivering best-in-class consumer experiences. You are a strong, effective, and resolution-driven communicator who can empathize with customers, educate, investigate issues, and propose solutions. You are a clear communicator and writer who documents the progress of inbound support requests through customer experience platforms, like Freshdesk.
You Will
- Provide high-quality support for Mama Bear Legal Forms customers to resolve their issues via email and phone.
- Communicate thoughtfully to provide answers to questions surrounding Mama Bear Legal Forms products. Handle a user's issues directly and resolve escalated customer complaints
- Drive thoughtful and effective communication with both our customers and Mama Bear team.
Requirements
- A thoughtful communicator who is excellent at communicating through a variety of channels that require both written and verbal skills
- A sincere passion and obsession for customers while maintaining a lean, highly productive operation
- Passionate about creative problem solving for both our customers and team
- Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end-users
- A track record for creative problem-solving for customers and end-users

- This is a part-time hourly position with schedules including Monday - Friday from approximately 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The position does require a few extra hours per day the last two weeks of July & first three weeks of August. During those weeks the hours would be 5.5 hours per day on weekdays instead of 4 hours per day.
