Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, and text message.
- Address inquiries regarding services, pricing, promotions, and membership options, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage incoming requests through various channels promptly, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Handle membership retention efforts by proactively reaching out to current members considering cancellation.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Compile reports to support decision-making processes for upper management.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews, acknowledging positive feedback and addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers.
- Maintain detailed records of reviews to identify trends and long-term issues.
Outreach Support:
- Conduct outreach activities to establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses to support predefined marketing initiatives.
- Maintain records of outreach efforts, interactions with businesses, and partnership agreements in a centralized database.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other communication tools.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with the automotive or carwash industry is a plus
