As an Outbound Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be reaching out to customers via outbound calls and emails to offer personalized support and assistance.If you want to join a top-notch company growing rapidly in in the Omaha market, this is where you should be. Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support with their application process.
• Follow up with customers via email to provide additional information, answer questions, and ensure a seamless process.
• Demonstrate a genuine care for the customer by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide support in resolving their concerns.
• Build valuable relationships through understanding customer needs and preferences, while representing the brand with the utmost integrity.
• Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Be an expert on our services to best support our customers.
• Available to work a schedule between 10:00 am-6:30 pm, Monday through Saturday, so you can be there when our customers need us.

Qualifications:

• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Confidence in handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Problem-solving orientation, self-disciplined, and honest approach.
• Must be self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude.
• Ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgment, tactfulness, and diplomacy.
• A positive attitude with a strong desire to further the goals of the department and company will be noticed quickly!
