Position: Customer Care Specialist

Location: WOOHOUSE - Omaha Metro Area (Dealerhips Location TBD)

Schedule: FULL TIME;Mon-Friday 8am - 6pm

Number of Openings: 2

Pay: Starts at $16 hourly, previous experience in a customer service call center will be considered.

As a Customer Care Specialist for our Automotive Service Department, you will interact by phone with customers to make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up.

Essential Duties

• Update customer information for accuracy.
• Notify customers when a recall is issued.
• Follow up with customers on satisfaction of service or sale.
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Maintain various excel spreadsheets.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the initiative.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
