Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist for our Subaru Service Department. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers while assisting the service advisor team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.

Responsibilities:

- Handle overflow customer calls with professionalism and courtesy

- Greet customers as they enter the service deparment

- Maintain the fleet of loaner vehicles

- Process loaner agreements and shuttle services for customers

- Assist the service advisor team as needed to ensure a great customer experience

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Strong organizational skills

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
