Top Dog Training and Resort is a unique and innovative canine training and boarding facility that is actively seeking a responsible multi-tasker who is great with people and furry clients to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. * We are hiring for 3 positions. The hours available for position #1 are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 6a-1pm. Thursdays and Sundays off. (35 hours)
The hours available for position #2 are: Monday, Wednesday , Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 12-7:30pm
*The Customer Service Representative operates the Point of Sale software system at the front desk, checking in clients, updating client information, and accepting payments.
*Answers phones and cheerfully responds to and communicates client concerns.
* Other duties will include invoicing, updating staff schedules, selling promotional products, and daily record keeping.
*The Customer Service Representative will also conduct client tours and be an ambassador for Top Dog Training and Resort's services.
*The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment, be a multitasker, who pays attention to detail and has the ability to problem solve.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
