Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service experience
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution
- Train and onboard new customer service representatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in supervising teams
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both in person and over the phone
