Responsibilities:
* Answer the phone and Schedule Service Appointments.
* File Repair Orders.
* Make Outbound Customer Service Follow-up Calls.
* Support Busy Service Lane.
* Bonus potential for customer survey scores!
Experience:
* At least 1 year experience in a customer service environment.
* Ability stay organized and pleasant.
* You must a can do attitude and ability to problem solve as needed.
* Computer literate and able to type 40 wpm.
You Will:
* Have valid Washington State Drivers License with clean driving abstract.
* Pass our background check.
* Have the ability to hustle and work hard for your pay.
* Team mentality, jumping in to help when needed.
