SalaryWe are currently looking for an energetic person interested in working with a graduation apparel business. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers by answering questions, processing orders and following-up on customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include account management, creating orders, coordinating with general manager on customer orders, and so much more.
We are looking for the candidate that has proven customer support experience, strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. The ideal candidate will also posses excellent communication skills, have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
This candidate will be willing to learn our company, build a great rapport with our client base and will hold a strong belief in integrity.
