Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Pay: $18-20 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility between 8 am and 6 pm
Job Duties:
As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility is to address and resolve Customer Service inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and fax. You'll ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, aiming to foster brand loyalty.
Key duties include:
Updating customer accounts with address/phone changes and notations.
Providing guidance to customers regarding account issues and payment methods.
Resolving customer concerns and requests efficiently.
Acting as a liaison between customers and various corporate departments.
Initiating and explaining corporate processes as needed.
Handling non-phone interactions such as email and fax requests.
Addressing escalated customer inquiries, including automotive titling experience where applicable.
Providing support to internal and external customers via phone or email to resolve title exceptions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor s Degree preferred.
1-2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the auto or insurance industry.
Familiarity with the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 30+ words per minute (will be tested).
