We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various sales activities. Cashier/Customer Service:
-Tues-Saturday
-7:30am - 6:15pm

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Assist customers over the phone and in person by performing sales transactions
-Assist high volume of customer walk ins daily
-Processing customer orders/invoices
-Data entry
-Follow up with customers as needed
-Work well independently without requiring follow up
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
-Processing customer orders and payments
-Answering customer inquiries
-Solving problems
- Fulfilling requests
- Maintaining current and accurate information.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
Requirements:

-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Availability to work shifts between 730am- 6pm Tues-Sat
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.42 per hour
