Customer Service

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In addition to providing exceptional Customer Service, this role will also be responsible for scheduling jobs and acting as the first line of technical support for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns via phone, email, or chat.

- Schedule jobs for customers and ensure efficient coordination of resources to meet customer needs and expectations.

- Act as the first line of technical support for internet customers, troubleshooting common issues and providing initial solutions.

- Manage incoming customer inquiries and ensure prompt and professional responses.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as Construction, Sales, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Document and update customer interactions in our CRM system to provide comprehensive and accurate records.

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality assurance metrics.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in a Customer Service role is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.

- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot common internet issues.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
