We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent Customer Service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with product orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best Customer Service possible.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
