Customer Service Staff Member

```Responsibilities```
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in our database
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with outbound calling campaigns to generate sales leads or follow up with existing customers

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages fluently is a plus (especially Spanish)
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Sales experience or knowledge of sales techniques is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
