As a customer service representative at our phone repair shop, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to all of our customers. Your main duties will include:
- Greeting customers and answering any questions they may have about our services
- Assisting customers in scheduling repair appointments
- Providing price quotes for repair services
- Communicating with customers about the status of their repairs
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
