Job Description
$18 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
