Job description

Under the direct supervision Customer Service Supervisor.  Responsible for daily processes, such as clearing EDI error log, posting deliveries, creating repack po’s and answering customer calls. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Handles incoming calls for order changes, driver shortages, late deliveries, inquiries to bun quantities, inquiries on delivery time QA issues and various other miscellaneous calls.
  • EDI Data Validation – responsible for clearing error log in BD87.
  • Responsible for posting all deliveries from the bakery to the IC daily. Requesting missing EDI’s and resolving discrepancies that affect inventory.  
  • Responsible for posting all deliveries shipping from the IC to the customer. Requesting missing EDI’s and resolving discrepancies that affect inventory. 
  • Responsible for creating subcontracting PO’s daily.
  • Responsible for receiving deliveries for repack supplies and solving discrepancies that affect inventory.
  • Enters PID’s for product that is found to be out of specification and or has quanlity issues.
  • Responsible for creating retail orders and creating bake sheets for production and TCI.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as instructed by the Customer Service Supervisor.
  • May perform other duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • A high school diplomia or GED is required
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Ability to use computer terminal and related software, ten key, facsimile, and copier.
  • Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Works cooperatively with others.

 

Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $25.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed In this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
