Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to exceed expectations
- Manage shipping and receiving operations with efficiency
- Coordinate logistics for timely product delivery
- Handle purchasing activities to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Drive minor sales initiatives to support business goals
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Supervise and lead a team of employees to achieve operational excellence
- Make informed decisions and meet goals and deadlines consistently
- Maintain a high standard of accountability and self-driven work ethic
Qualifications:
- Proven track record and excelled experience in Customer Service, shipping and receiving, logistics, purchasing, and inventory management
- Minimum of one year experience in the described areas
- Strong leadership and employee supervision skills
- Ability to think critically and make educated decisions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Technology savvy with proficiency in relevant software and tools
