Position Summary
This position reports to the Customer Service Lead and GM, this role will be responsible to maintain customer order creation, ensuring timely communication with customers.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure incoming phone calls are handled from customers to mitigate issues and resolve problems.
  • Provides regular interface with customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all services performed.
  • Maintain and develop strong working relationship with dispatch staff.
  • Works closely with dispatch department to ensure the accurate execution of orders and account activity
  • Receive, input, and distribute proof of deliveries (PODs) to customers
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
  • Communicate with customers, dispatchers, brokers and terminal clerks, via email and phone regarding schedule and or any issues with shipment
  • Data entry of delivery/dray orders and scheduling pick up and deliveries utilizing Profit Tools system and excel files on a timely basis

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Other duties as assigned
  • One (1) year experience in Customer Service
  • One (1) year of experience of transportation
  • Bi-Lingual a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong team building and interpersonal skills
