Job Description
This is a clerical position that supports the department management team. This position is responsible for processing parts and service phone calls, data entry/retrieval and analyzing various reports, and other administrative functions as needed. This position must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing incoming phone calls to ensure the caller speaks with the best available staff member who can assist them with their parts, service, or warranty issue.
- Responsible maintaining a high level of Customer Service and support
- Responsible for communicating with parts, service, warehouse, and warranty staff any dealer and/or customer issues
- Responsible for processing orders and data as assigned by department manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Customer Service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the application of and processes for Bandit system like AccountMate, InfoTrack, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional organization skills
