PRODUCT SPECIALIST – CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are an established and fast-growing company, in business for 22 years, and looking to add another Product Specialist to our team. This is not a sales job. There is no cold-calling, hard-selling, or sales quota. We sell high-end custom range hoods to cabinet manufacturers and dealers all across the country. Our products are sold wholesale to cabinet professionals only, we do not sell retail. The role of our Product Specialists is to support our customers through the ordering process by helping them understand our products, and assist them in making good decisions about purchases. Our company is very customer-service focused. We’ve built a large continuously-growing customer network based on our reputation for the highest quality products and CUSTOMER SERVICE, and always doing what’s right by our customers.
This position has the following responsibilities:
Learning and understanding our products, and using that knowledge to answer customer questions that come in throughout the work day via phone and email.
Vetting requests received from potential new customers who wish to open an account with us, and setting up accounts for those who are eligible.
Gathering needed details and information for incoming orders, and entering those sales into our order system.
Put together quotes and send them out to customer who send us pricing requests.
Follow up with our current customers to ensure they are satisfied.
Data entry – recording sales, updating customer notes, entering order data onto spreadsheets
