Under the direct supervision Customer Service Supervisor. Responsible for daily processes, such as clearing EDI error log, posting deliveries, creating repack po’s and answering customer calls.
Responsibilities:
- Performs duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Handles incoming calls for order changes, driver shortages, late deliveries, inquiries to bun quantities, inquiries on delivery time QA issues and various other miscellaneous calls.
- EDI Data Validation – responsible for clearing error log in BD87.
- Responsible for posting all deliveries from the bakery to the IC daily. Requesting missing EDI’s and resolving discrepancies that affect inventory.
- Responsible for posting all deliveries shipping from the IC to the customer. Requesting missing EDI’s and resolving discrepancies that affect inventory.
- Responsible for creating subcontracting PO’s daily.
- Responsible for receiving deliveries for repack supplies and solving discrepancies that affect inventory.
- Enters PID’s for product that is found to be out of specification and or has quanlity issues.
- Responsible for creating retail orders and creating bake sheets for production and TCI.
- Performs other duties and special projects as instructed by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- May perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- A high school diplomia or GED is required
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to use computer terminal and related software, ten key, facsimile, and copier.
- Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Works cooperatively with others.
Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $25.00
