As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our valued clients. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, you will assist with policy changes, handle billing inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the agency.

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Assist clients with policy changes, including updating contact information, adding or removing drivers, and adjusting coverage levels.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and meet Customer Service targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Customer Service role in the insurance industry.- Colorado Property and Casualty License
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Customer Service software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
