Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service Sales Representatives in Goleta, Ca

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Machinist or machine operation experience
• Mechanically inclined
• Warehouse experience
• Inventory experience
• Purchasing and receiving experience
• Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook & general ERP exp. preferred)
• We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated team.

Pay Rate: $18-19/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
