Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Address customer inquiries regarding Allstate products and services via inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate new business for the agency through referrals and in-office visits.
- Follow up with customers to keep them informed about policy changes or updates.
- Provide friendly and attentive Customer Service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Manage administrative tasks such as copying, mailing, media management, and maintaining the company's CRM.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency with technology, including using the CRM and implementing new forms for increased efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An active Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Work Arrangement:
This position offers a hybrid work opportunity, combining in-person and remote work. The Paul Larson Allstate Agency is based in Lakewood, CO.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
