We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We have three different locations with Part-time, Full-Time and Seasonal opportunities.
In this position, you will oversee and implement marketing campaigns, conduct in-person sales, resolve customer questions, and drive company revenue while generating new business for our clients. We are currently conducting interviews for our Full Time and Part-Time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens our brand.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
