Job Description:
Seeking a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for the ordering and tracking of parts as needed for repairs. This associate will also be responsible for assisting our expanding customer base with the scheduling of appointments for HVAC service and maintenance. This position will also support adjoining departments in inventory control and part tracking.
Job Duties:
- Field and order replacement parts with vendors and suppliers to fulfill repairs/replacements.
- Receive inbound calls from customers and assist with scheduling of appointments for service or maintenance.
- Support in-house inventory control.
- Identify sales opportunities for accessories, filters, and maintenance agreements.
- Proactive outbound calls (when applicable) for follow-up and leads.
Requirements:
- Must be legally able to work in the US.
- Must have transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM and rotating Saturdays during the summer season from 8AM-12PM.
- No experience needed but relevant experience appreciated (full training will be provided)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- We are a drug free work place. Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
