We are looking for a Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide outstanding Customer Service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, providing general assistance to customers while working closely with other vendors and team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone, email, or chat.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
