SalaryWe are seeking a full-time Sales Agent to join our growing team!
Must be results driven and Customer Service oriented to assist our expanding clientele find the best charter transportation to fit their needs. Our goal is to deliver an incredible guest experience through hiring quality team members that excel in safety and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Full-Time Schedule (in Office): Wednesday - Thursday + Saturday - Sunday 8am – 7pm (mandatory – OFF Mondays/Tuesdays/Fridays - schedule is non-negotiable)
- Respond to calls & e-mails from clients.
- Effectively communicate information about our services.
- Assist in gathering valuable information for company marketing campaigns (use of Excel required).
- Follow-up on company leads for potential sales via e-mail and telephone (use of Outlook required).
- Provide quotes for existing and potential customers.
- Book confirmed programs and services into our internal booking system.
- Document and update customer records and bookings as needed.
Qualifications:

- Experience in Customer Service and some clerical experience required.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Compensation $20 per hour – non-commission based
