What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues and ensuring their overall satisfaction
- Handle customer interactions, striving to exceed customers' expectations and building long-term relationships
- Maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring high level of accuracy and up-to-date information
- Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline processes, improve customer relations and contribute to the overall growth and goals of the company
- Actively listen to customer feedback and make appropriate suggestions for improvements to superiors
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management software in recording, organizing and managing customer interactions
- Take part in periodic training programs to stay up-to-date with the industry standards and trends
- Assist in preparing and analyzing Customer Service reports
- Stay current with all products/services, corporate and industry standards and policies
- Participate in team meetings to share experiences and best practices, and to stay updated with the team and company initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to resolve conflict, maintain confidentiality
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage priorities under pressure
