We are currently seeking a Customer Service Rep who will be able to answer incoming sales calls, enter sales orders, resolve Customer Service issues and follow all instructions from supervisors and or lead person necessary to accomplish our company goals.
Skills / Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Enter sales orders and resolve customer issues concerning their orders. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Understand and follow company goals and objectives with regards to our customers.
Equipment Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer systems including email, excel, word and others. Proficient in 10 key.
Essential functions of the job (in order of importance):
1. Enter orders, deliver service and support to our customers using computer and operating automated call distribution phone system
2. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
3. Research required information using available resources.
4. Follow standard processes and procedures.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues per Customer specifications.
Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experiences (work or education): Previous experience in Customer Service.
Characteristics: Team Player and self-motivated. Quality directed. Positive attitude.
Skills Needed: Ability to learn our systems and follow instructions. Able to communicate effectively with your supervisor to ensure company goals are met. Multi-tasking.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
