SalaryCSR is Responsible for processing vehicle titles and registration accurately and within company timelines. Provide excellent professional Customer Service.
Essential Functions:
- Processes vehicle titles and registration with precise accuracy.
- Research vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner.
- Meets company timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues
- Understands and follows state title processing policy and procedures
- Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
- Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with a Third Party MVD provider for the state of Arizona.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
