A market-leading company that provides services for refrigeration and HVAC systems is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This Customer Service role offers full-time hours, weekly pay and a compressed 4-day work week!
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity on Night Shift where you will be dispatching business to business calls. No sales and no cold calling involved!
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Answer inbound business-to-business calls
- Accurately input work orders
- Dispatch technicians
- Navigate through different software
You will be successful in this role if you enjoy problem-solving, like working independently, and are punctual.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 2-3 years call center experience
- Previous dispatch experience is a PLUS!
- Able to type +40wpm
- Knowledgeable around different CRM software
Pay: $20/hr
