Customer Service Representative

We are a small, family-owned business in Lake Elmo. We are looking for someone that has a passion for organization and loves to build better systems to help businesses succeed. $19 - $22 hourly

• Provide exceptional Customer Service with a caring attitude.
• Make a high number of outbound calls/texts confirming monthly orders.
• Educate clients on insurance benefits.
• Maintain customer accounts and update them with new account information as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills.
• Previous phone experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent.
• Signing bonus for previous Brightree software experience.

Grace Medical Supplies is a family-owned medical supply company located in Lake Elmo, MN. We provide a range of products and services, including paperwork assistance, writing and obtaining prescriptions, and always discreet shipping direct to the client’s home.
