Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

• Be the friendly face that greets our customers and answers their calls
• Assist customers with their payment and billing questions
• Direct complex customer questions to the appropriate Team Member for assistance
• Complete basic service tasks that do not require an insurance license

Requirements

• No insurance background is required for this position, but professional work experience is a plus
