Source Office & Technology is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service candidate who will be responsible for assuring the highest level of customer and sales support. This candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines. Candidate will focus on maintaining and improving customer relationships, ensuring accuracy and promoting one contact resolution.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Taking incoming calls, chats, and emails from both Customers, Sales Team, and Service Techs
- Working within a Ticketing System to organize and prioritize tasks
- Accurately placing orders and offering product substitutes as needed
- Process orders, returns, and researching products via the web, catalog and vendor contacts
- Thorough follow up and creative problem resolution
- Working in a team environment as well as own independent tasks as assigned
- Communicate directly with customers, sales team, and service technicians to process orders/requests and ensure company standards are met
- Maintain the highest levels of Customer Service while demonstrating a friendly and positive attitude
- Flexibility working in multiple systems to complete assigned tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service related experience
- Ability to work with Microsoft office suite – Word, Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Candidate must submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Able to work the hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, and occasional over-time
Compensation:
- $18.00 to $21.00 per hour range
- Standard benefits in accordance with Source’s benefit plan
- Position is eligible for Paid Time Off
