Job Overview
This position will answer phones, greet walk-in clients, and support other members of our staff in performing clerical tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Answer the phone and help the customer or transfer the call to the correct party. Log calls in management software.
· Greet office visitors and help the customer or direct them to the correct party.
· Monitor and respond to email and voicemail messages promptly.
· Process incoming and outgoing mail.
· Perform various data entry tasks like updating client contact information and scanning and electronically filing documents.
· Monitor web portal and respond to registration requests, contact us requests, etc.
· Assist with miscellaneous clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, shredding, etc.
Qualifications
· Education level: High School Degree or equivalent.
· Clerical and Customer Service work experience preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, and general computer proficiency required.
· Friendly, organized, hard-working, trustworthy.
