Idlewood Electric is hiring a detail-orientated and organized individual to join our team at our lighting showroom in Highland Park, IL. We are seeking an individual who has excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE and communication skills. This individual is reliable, enthusiastic, a quick learner and team player. Responsibilities include:
· Assist with customer calls and follow-up in a timely manner
· Answer questions about products and services
· Communicate with customers through various channels
· Keep thorough records of customer communications
· Point-of-contact for any customer who has a question or issue with a product or service.
· Follow-up on open purchase orders and track late orders
· Process phone payments
This individual generates a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers, shows a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Idlewood Electric is a third-generation, woman-owned business for over 65 years.
