Position Description:
We are currently offering a Customer Service Representative opportunity to support our customers in their efforts to achieve their objectives related to Quality, Manufacturing, and Profitability. If selected you have the opportunity to working a fast paced environment where you are challenged each day.
The position is located at our Mundelein, IL location. The successful candidate will provide excellent support to our customers by working directly with customers or in collaboration with other staff to; quote services or products, provide status on current service or product orders, assist others and management with tasks related to supporting our customers. Attention to timeliness, detail, confidentially, and operational efficiency are keys to success in this position.
The position is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and follow up on voicemails
- Assess the needs of callers and forward or resolve, as applicable
- Respond to customer and internal emails
- Assist sales with quoting service and product
- Validating and responding to customer surveys
- Respond to customer COI requests
- Facilitate new account setup
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and work prioritization abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to follow detailed procedures provided
- Ability to work independently
- Valid US Driver's License and excellent driving record
Additional Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Customer Service, inside sales, or administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quick and efficient problem-solving skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Very strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to find ways to increase efficiency
- NetSuite experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
