CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

TransOx is now accepting applications for a full time Customer Service Representative who is able to work Monday-Friday.

Competitive Pay plus benefits for full time employees as pay is negotiable based upon experience.

Our Customer Service Representatives prep all work orders for our team to deliver to the patient’s home.

We are looking to hire multiple individuals with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 or 9:30-6:00.

Responsibilities:

· Answering Phones

· Process Orders for all patients

· Input new patient information into our billing system, verify patient information

· Answer technician and billing department questions in regards to sales orders

· All other general CSR duties that may arise

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

· Brightree experience preferred, but not required

· Multi-task

· Detail oriented

· Must be able to function in fast past environment

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule and work weekends

· This position requires background check, pre-employment drug screen
